Dr. Brissey is a board certified internal medicine and primary care physician in Yorba Linda. She completed her internship and residency at St John’s Episcopal Hospital New York. On weekends she loves to hike, walk on the beach, cook new healthy recipes for her family, and explore new places in Orange County.

Dr. Smitha Sathyaprakash is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with a passion for providing comprehensive healthcare to patients 18 years of age and up. She completed her Internal Medicine Residency at Central Michigan University. With nine years of clinical experience, she offers expertise in diagnosing and managing a wide range of adult medical conditions. She is committed to delivering patient-centered care, emphasizing preventive and Obesity medicine, and building strong doctor-patient relationships to promote overall well-being.
In her free time, she enjoys listening to audiobooks and exploring the various hiking trails and the beaches of South OC with her family.

Dr. Naureen Tareen is a board certified Internal Medicine Physician and takes pride in providing personal and compassionate care to her patients.
Dr. Tareen graduated from University of Punjab and completed her Internal Medicine Residency at Charles Drew University. In addition she completed three years of fellowship in Clinical and Research Nephrology. With over 20 years of experience in the medical field, she has expertise in diagnosing and managing complex medical conditions.
Dr. Tareen takes time to listen to her patients thoroughly and assess their concerns and collaboratively develop a treatment plan by staying updated with the latest medical advancement and maintaining a compassionate bedside manner. She strives to ensure optimal health outcomes for all patients while prioritizing their overall well-being.

Dr. Serene Tareen is a board certified internal medicine and primary care physician in Yorba Linda. She earned her medical degree at University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and completed her residency training at UCLA – Olive View. Training throughout Los Angeles County allowed Serene Tareen, MD, to care for some of the most vulnerable populations and address major socioeconomic barriers to healthcare. She now brings her medical expertise and accomplishments in digital health innovation and research to Caduceus Medical Group.
Dr. Tareen believes that the best health care begins and ends with education. Educating patients about their health empowers them to make better decisions and lead more active lives.
Dr. Tareen likes to practice what she preaches in primary care! Healthy Habits include hiking, cycling, snorkeling, scuba diving, and chasing her daughters around for exercise!
