-Download Zoom on your mobile device, laptop, or desktop.

-Log in to your existing account or create a new one and your first and last name should be clearly displayed so it is easy to identify you in the provider waiting room for your visit.  Please note you are required to have an email for all telehealth video visits. If you do not have a email account, our technical support team is here to help! Email patient support and we are happy to set up a free Gmail account.

-Go to device settings and scroll down to the Zoom application and make sure both the camera and microphone are turned on.  If using a laptop or desktop, you can also test both the audio and video as soon as you join the meeting.

-You will receive an email from before your visit with the meeting link.

-Click on the meeting link at the time of your scheduled visit.

-Your provider will admit you from the waiting room to start your visit.
