As an existing patient of Caduceus Medical Group, you may email your provider with your medical questions. We will respond the same day or within 12 hours, whichever is sooner. New patients should establish themselves with one of our providers before accessing this complimentary service. Please see Hours & Locations then use the Appointments Page to schedule your date and time.

This service is for ONLY medical questions. Requests for refills, test results and other inquiries are handled by our Concierge Services feature at the top of the page.

  • If your email is to report a medical emergency, please call 911 or go the the closest emergency room. Symptoms such as chest pain, breathing difficulties, significant dizziness, fainting, severe pain, confusion or disorientation should not be reported via email.
