Kristen Roberts, MS, LMFT 50185

Kristen Roberts is a Marriage and Family Therapist with over 17 years of experience treating adults, children, couples and families. She earned her Master of Science in Counseling degree from California State University, Fullerton, and holds a post graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Kristen’s professional work includes a broad range of services. Her areas of interest and focus include anxiety, grief, adjustment, and behavioral concerns. She tailors her services using a collaborative, client-centered approach and incorporates the practice of cognitive-behavioral therapy, play therapy, attachment therapy, solution-focused therapy, and narrative therapy to help each client reach their specific goals. In addition, her extensive knowledge of behavior and developmental disabilities can offer much needed support and understanding as families navigate the unique stressors of having a child with a disability.

Outside of work, Kristen enjoys coaching her daughters’ volleyball team, reading, listening to podcasts, exercise and binge-watching TV shows.
