Dr. James Pearle is an Irvine pulmonologist has been practicing pulmonary medicine in Orange County for more than 40 years; he treats patients 18 & over. Dr. Pearle is an expert in diagnosing and treating all forms of lung disease.  He is a nationally known expert in medi-legal cases.  He has been the principal investigator in over 100 clinical research trials.  Dr. Pearle is currently a Clinical Professor at UC Irvine School of Medicine.
