Refill Request

In order to request your refill, we are now directing you to our upgraded patient portal.

Not registered yet? Email us at generalquestions@caduceusmedicalgroup.com and request an invitation. Once you are logged in to our portal, click on “Messages,” the second tab on the top, and select “New Message.” You will then be prompted to choose the nature of your message from the drop down list; click “Prescription Req.” Check the box to agree to terms and conditions to continue. Include your requested test result in the body of the message. Click “Send” at the bottom to complete your request.
