Pay with PayPal
Caduceus now offers you the ability to pay on your account securely through PayPal using a credit card. You do not need a PayPal account to use this service. HSA (Health Saving Account) credit cards are not accepted. Please contact the billing company, Telones, directly at 714-646-8000 for processing of payments.
Follow these steps to make a payment:
- Be sure to have your account number (seen on your most recent statement).
- "Click" on the "Pay Now" button seen on this page. A payment screen will open up.
- At the top of the screen, in the "description box," enter the name as it is shown on your statement (first name, last name ) and the account number. Then, go to the next field to enter the amount you want to pay.
- Click the "Update Total" button. Be sure that the amount you entered is shown correctly. Complete the information for your credit card OR if you have a PayPal account, log into that account. There is no cost to set up or use a PayPal account.
- Continue through the steps as instructed. Be sure to print out a copy of your confirmation page for your records.
