Leslie Shokes, MD 

Dr. Shokes joined the Caduceus physician team in 2010 and is successful in the diagnosis and treatment of both minor and complex orthopaedic conditions. Dr. Shokes dedicates signficant time to continuing medical education, and is an avid reader of published orthopaedic research and investigations.

Dr. Shokes originally graduated with a Masters degree in Biomedical Engineering from George Washington University. He then pursued a career in medicine and graduated from George Washington Medical School.  He has completed a fellowship in Spine at Rancho Los Amigos. 

Lucas J. Bader, MD 

Dr. Bader is a native Californian and specializes in surgical treatment of challenging adult and adolescent foot, ankle, and leg disorders.  Dr. Bader is based in our Irvine office.

He earned his undergraduate degree in chemistry and his medical degree from the University of California, Davis. He completed his internship and residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital (University of Miami). Dr. Bader recently completed a fellowship in Foot & Ankle Surgery at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City, New York.

Dr. Bader is an avid athlete, and uses both his academic expertise and own sports experience to communicate a diagnosis and treatment to his patients.

He is on staff at Hoag Memorial Hospital, Mission Hospital, Western Medical Center and Saddleback Memorial Hospital.
