Online Concierge

As a patient of Caduceus Medical Group, we invite you to use any one of our COMPLIMENTARY online concierge services and look forward to serving you by expediting common health care requests. If you are in need of urgent or emergency care, please do NOT use this service. For emergencies, dial 9-1-1 or go to your nearest emergency room.

For urgent care, we offer same-day visits without an appointment during office hours. Please see our Hours & Locations page.

When you make an online request a Concierge Liaison will personally receive your electronic message and will facilitate a prompt response. All requests are treated with a high priority. Our Concierge Team is here to assist you in any way.

Below is a brief description of each service. To make your selection please click on any one of the links below (you may also click on the appropriate Online Concierge buttons located on this page or in Online Concierge menu at the top).

Appointments Patients are able to request appointments online real-time. You pick the time and date!
Mouse Calls As a registered patient you will be able to email your Caduceus provider a medical question.
Refill Request Registered patients are able to submit prescription refill requests online. Our response time will be no greater than the same day of your request or 12 hours. If your request is not approved you will receive an email from our concierge team with an explanation and further instruction.
General Questions Email our concierge with any non-medical questions.
Test Results To request your test results, we will direct you to our secure patient portal. A member from our concierge team will be in touch soon with your results.
If you are a registered patient, use our convenient and secure online option to pay your bill. If you have a question about your bill, please contact the billing company, Telones, via email or directly at 714-646-8000.

Not registered yet? Email us at [email protected] and request an invitation. Once you are logged in to our portal, click on "Messages," the second tab on the top, and select "New Message." You will then be prompted to choose the nature of your message from the drop down list; click "Doctor Question." Check the box to agree to terms and conditions to continue. Include your requested test result in the body of the message. Click "Send" at the bottom to complete your request.
