New Patient Instructions

We welcome you to Caduceus Medical Group!  At your first visit you should receive the following:

-New patient packet

-Email invitation to our secure patient portal. Our HIPAA compliant portal is the most efficient way to communicate with your provider and office staff, request refills, view lab results, and
any other general questions.

- Patient support number for urgent issues from the office manager. You will be provided instructions so you can use this number to call or text in a secure HIPAA compliant platform for any urgent issues that cannot wait for a same day response through the portal.* To bypass a text or call for urgent issues you can also take advantage of our live chat feature on the home page of our website for a quick response!
